About This Waterfall
McDiarmid Falls is located about 600 feet downstream from the base of Moul Falls and the brink of the falls can be seen from the top of Moul Falls. However due to the steep canyon walls the falls cannot be accessed from the Moul Falls trail system. A path to the falls does exist, but it crosses land owned by Roland Neave, author of the excellent book “Exploring Wells Gray Park”, and can only be accessed from the Trophies Lodge with permission of the owners. The falls are said to stand about 35 feet tall.
