About This Waterfall
Opofossen is the largest falls on the Opo river, but the name has also been used to collectively refer to all of the waterfalls on the river together (which is not correct). Height has at times been attributed to as much as 755 meters, but this refers to the total drop from the plateau to the valley floor. Opofossen itself is approximately 215 meters tall.
